We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
At Danse Vêtements Magasin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dancewear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must initiate the return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Dance tights and undergarments (hygiene reasons)
- Items from the « Dentelle & Maille » category showing signs of wear
- Products from the « Échauffement » (Warm-up) section that have been used
- Custom-made or personalized costumes
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges: specify the new size/color/item desired
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will email you a confirmation with return instructions and a return label if applicable.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Step 4: Send Your Package

Step 5: Wait for Confirmation
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue
- We’ll cover all return and replacement shipping costs
- You’ll receive a replacement as soon as possible or a full refund if preferred
Dancer’s Tip
When ordering leotards, dance shoes, or costumes for the first time, we recommend ordering multiple sizes if you’re unsure of your size. You can easily return those that don’t fit.
